Production Introduction of Quick Release Seat Post Clamp
This product includes a double spherical contacting surface on two sides thereof and has automatic micro-adjusting function as being locked securely so as to prevent the shaft from deforming flexibly, thus prolonging the locking stability. The release handle can be rotated at 360 degrees to be fastened or unfastened at any desired angle. Also, the release handle is designed in an arc shape to obtain aesthetics appearance and comply with mechanical principle, thus operating easily. After being locked securely, the handle can abut against the peripheral side of the seat post clamp to decrease wind resistance greatly. Furthermore, the distal end of the release handle is designed in a spherical shape to prevent userˇ¦s finger from slipping in pressing operation and provide secure holding function, thereby preventing from the disengagement. The handle is further designed in smooth surface and non-sharp angle manner to provide touch comfort and easy operation. The seat post clamp includes a double layer of inclined surfaces on outer wall thereof and is formed in a streamline shape, having avant-garde style and appearance.
